The Finance Business Partner Day-to-Day Duties:&]:mt-2 list-disc space-y-2 pl-8">Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and strategic insights to C-suite executives and board membersDevelop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools to support key business decisionsCollaborate closely with senior leadership to analyse business performance and identify opportunities for improvementSupport budgeting processes and conduct in-depth financial analysis across different business unitsParticipate in and contribute to strategic planning sessions and board meetingsProfile
The Finance Business Partner Required Experience and Personality Traits:&]:mt-2 list-disc space-y-2 pl-8">Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance business partner or strategic finance role, with proven exposure to C-suite and board-level interactionsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearlyAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysisStrong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilitiesProactive and confident personality with the ability to influence at senior leadership levelsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAutomotive sector experience preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidateJob Offer
