The Company
Our client is a leading fintech/crypto platform seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager/Senior Manager to join their team.
The Role:
* Prepare and maintain operating budgets, local accounting, and reconciliation mechanisms. Oversee the company's cash flow, ensuring appropriate treasury controls.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy to support business growth goals and regulatory requirements. Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.
* Conduct profit and cost analyses, identify funding requirements, and implement cost reduction strategies.
* Maintain and oversee banking relationships.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA/ACA/ACCA) are advantageous.
* 5 - 8 years of finance experience, preferably in Blockchain industry.
* Preference for candidates with Big 4 experience.
* Interest in and knowledge of the Blockchain industry and cryptocurrencies.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
