AR - Thai Speaker

In this role, the AR - Thai Speaker will be responsible for managing accounts receivable in the Accounting & Finance department of a renowned retail company. The candidate will be based in Kuala Lumpur and will need to have exceptional language skills in Thai.

Description

• Manage and oversee the entire accounts receivable process
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to improve financial processes
• Handle customer inquiries in Thai and English
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing
• Maintain accurate records and control reports
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Review AR aging to ensure compliance
• Assist in month-end closing

Profile

A successful 'AR - Thai Speaker' should have:

• Proficiency in Thai and English languages
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable
• Ability to accurately process numerical data
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Job Offer
