We are seeking to hire a talented, highly motivated Snr Manager - IHG (Infrastructure, Healthcare and Government) who will manage market-entry projects, help expand our client network, create opportunities, and promote collaboration across our consulting teams in the region. Additionally, the candidate will oversee ongoing client engagements across Caribbean jurisdictions, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Identify and develop new opportunities with existing clients, contributing to and/or managing proposal development.
* Develop a portfolio of clients by building and maintaining strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Lead sales efforts to achieve established revenue targets.
* Oversee client project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Manage commercial and contractual aspects of engagements to ensure quality and profitability.
* Demonstrate collaborative sales behaviours across teams in the region.
* Presents market entry reports to Senior Executives in consultation with Partners and/or Directors and enables client to make informed decisions for their business.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* A minimum of 7 years' experience providing advisory services to a broad range of government, healthcare and international clients;
* An undergraduate, or preferably a graduate degree in business, healthcare administration or a related field is required;
* Exceptional skills in building relationships with public sector clients, particularly on complex and multi-disciplinary projects;
* Strong project management skills with a proven ability to work in demanding situations that require the ability to multi-task on a daily basis;
* Proven business development skills demonstrating the ability to win new opportunities;
* A willingness and capacity to work overtime and travel on short notice is essential as this is a highly demanding environment with tight reporting deadlines;
* A high degree of competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required;
* The ability to work independently with minimum supervision; and,
* An existing client network is preferred.
Compensation and benefits are very competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
