What you'll be doing
- Lead the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to project company performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and achieve financial targets.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis efficiency.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience in reporting roles in large, complex organisations
- Demonstrable experience in understanding and challenging financial and non-financial performance, based on knowledge of internal and external factors
- Track record of improving and optimising processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience collaborating and business partnering with stakeholders across a wide range of functions to deliver the best outcomes and achieve common goals
- Decision making in ambiguous situations, using incomplete information or differing opinions (e.g. divided team loyalties or unclear deliverables)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- 10% on target bonus
