What You Will Do

The ASPAC Finance Systems & Solutions Manager is responsible for leading the ASPAC implementations of our global Kenvue Finance Integrated Technology Transformation (FIT2) program. This includes our Common Information Model (CIM), S4HANA + supporting finance applications, OneStream and related reporting and analytic solutions. This role will partner with regional Account to Report, FP&A, IT and Global Process Owner (GPO) to deliver a simplified, streamlined ‘fit for purpose’ landscape. 

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate should have experience in SAP and financial reporting (OneStream, or other BI Reporting Solutions) and be able serve as a strategic business partner working with GPO, region Finance and IT. Recognize specific impacts resulting from system changes / enhancements and provide input on communications and training requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Represent our global team as the subject matter expert for ASPAC data and system strategy
  • Nexus between regional FP&A, Business Unit Finance, Supply Chain Finance, A2R and IT to support both run and continuous improvement
  • Investigate and coordinate solutions for complicated data/flow integrity close issues
  • Manage the ASPAC legacy systems enhancement requests & budget
  • Support regional and global projects to unlock new capabilities for Finance
  • Promote end-user self-sufficiency and understanding of the systems and data models for accurate right first-time master data and transformation rule requests 

Qualifications 

What We Are Looking For 

Required Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree or engineering in Accounting, Finance, information technology, computer science or related field
  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Excel and Access)
  • Demonstrated success in integrating data strategy into S/4 Finance Transformation program
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional integration/relationships and program execution
  • Ability to drive large-scale change/projects and lead enterprise-wide transition management efforts 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Certified Management Accountant or similar qualification
