We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. The successful candidate will support our operations in UAE and KSA by conducting financial modelling, financial and commercial due diligence, preparing new business plans, and reviewing the financial performance of existing clients. The role requires a hands-on approach and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modelling: Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support business decisions and investment opportunities.

  • Due Diligence: Conduct financial and commercial due diligence for potential investment opportunities, including analysis of financial statements, market research, and risk assessment.

  • Business Plans: Prepare detailed business plans for new ventures, including financial projections, market analysis, and strategic recommendations.

  • Performance Review: Review and analyze the financial performance of existing clients in UAE and KSA, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial information.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting

Person Specification

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
  • Experience:

    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, and commercial due diligence.

    • Proven experience in preparing business plans and reviewing financial performance of clients.

    • Experience in the UAE and KSA markets is highly desirable.
