Job Description: 

Join our dynamic team at Vialto Partners as an Immigration Specialist.This role is focused on assisting with the immigration requirements of our clients' employees. It involves ensuring adherence to Immigration Laws and Regulationss and delivering outstanding client service. The caseworker plays a vital role, whether they are assigned to a global account or a specific geographic region. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handle international employees' immigration documents.
  • Communicate effectively with English-speaking clients regarding the tasks performed.
  • Analyze client data to ensure accurate and efficient updates.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to provide high-quality service and support.
  • Support the database management and maintenance related to immigration documentation.
  • Provide support in obtaining and analyzing data from clients for accurate reporting. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level in both speaking and writing.
  • Higher education, preferably in administration, or a related field.
  • A positive attitude toward learning and acquiring new processes.
  • Demonstrated responsibility for assigned tasks and adherence to deadlines.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Openness to international collaboration and working with clients from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is beneficial.
