RSM Vietnam's Client - The Company operates in the FMCG sector, specializing in manufacturing and trading. The Company is now looking for suitable candidate for the job position as Compliance Manager (Full-time: 06 months). The details of job description are as follows:

 

Responsibilities

 

In charge of compliance works that mainly relating to sales and operations of the Company and support business for successful engagement in the market

 

Be responsible for all investigations in the field and at the factories across nation

 

Timely and comprehensive investigations to support business handling non-compliance cases 

 

Periodical non-compliance reports to be delivered to Head of Legal and Compliance Department.

 

Assessing the business' future ventures to identify possible compliance risks

 

Evaluating, developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies to improve them continuously COMPLIANCE MANAGER

 

Strong relationships with stakeholders all levels in order to align/communicate efficiently to support business

 

Playing as a critical supporting role to the competent Head of Legal and Compliance Department in the compliance meetings

 

Conducting compliance training sessions for target departments

 

Other tasks assigned by the Company

 

 

 

Job requirements

Bachelor in Audit and Assurance, and/or Bachelor in Laws

 

Having a CPA or ACCA Certification or equivalent certification

 

Having relevant professional practising certification is a huge plus

 

Proven experience in compliance work at manager-level position for at least 3-5 years

 

Excellent knowledge of compliance management and risk control system, reporting procedures and record keeping

 

In-depth knowledge and experience in the field of auditing that is in connection with agreed-upon-procedures/forensic/non-compliance investigation purposes

 

In-depth knowledge of FMCG's standards and practice is advantageous

 

Business acumen partnered with dedication to legality

 

Acceptable understanding of the corporate strategies and business

 

Capable of communicating across functions to provide advice and support business/ensure compliance

 

Business oriented and services-minded

 

Integrity, confidentiality and trustworthy

 

Well planned and organised

 

Brave, accountable, initiative, timing, accurate and mature

 

Teamwork skill, internal and external networking

 

Negotiation, Influencing & Leadership

 

Willing and able to travel frequently for business (if required by the Company)
