About the role
As Assistant in our HR & payroll team, you will be responsible for administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, issuing employment statements and supporting payroll operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Scan and archive employee-related documents;
- Provide support in preparation of different employment statements (income statements, certificates, etc.)
- Organize and archive files, ensuring that they are properly categorized and securely stored;
- Ensure all scanned and archived documents are managed according to data protection regulations and client confidentiality agreements;
- Assist in preparation of data that are required for payroll processing;
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the payroll documents;
- Communicate with clients and authorities;
Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria:
- Good organizational skills with a keen attention to detail;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients and internal teams effectively;
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders;
- Good command of English (both verbal and written);
- Bachelor’s degree in economy or other related field would be preferred
