Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day operational matters of the accounts department.
- Responsible for General Ledger, Account Receivable and Account Payable being carried smoothly.
- Manage and prepare full set of accounts for Mazars Malaysia & Mazars Clients.
- Management of key transaction work streams including direct liaison with Mazars Asia Pacific and former Moores Rowland work.
- Prepare annual financial budget, cash flow forecast, cost analysis and monthly financial reports to Management
- To monitor and prepare the reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
- Responsible and assist to coordinate and prepare the financial budget or projection and performance target.
- Work closely with Directors, Managers and staff in all operation matters relating to finance especially in timely collections of audit fees.
- Liaise with external auditor and Mazars tax expertise with regards to annual statutory reporting and tax submission.
- To assist Assistant Finance & Account Manager on ad-hoc work.
- Any other related job assigned by the Supervisor which deems to be appropriate.
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy or any related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Team player
- Good communication and people management skills.
- Good organization skills
- Good administration skill and recording knowledge
- Sense of responsibility, integrity and able to handle confidential matters
- Excellent functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
