Job Responsibilities 職責
  • Handle various customer transactions at the counter. 處理櫃檯上的各種客戶交易。
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers. 為客戶提供優質服務。
  • Promote bank products to customers during transactions. 在交易過程中向客戶推廣銀行產品。
Job Requirements 要求
  • Secondary education or higher. 中學或以上學歷。
  • No prior experience needed for Counter Service Assistant. 櫃檯服務助理無需經驗。
  • At least 1 year of experience for Counter Service Officer or 3 years for Counter Service Manager. 櫃檯服務主任需至少1年經驗，經理需至少3年經驗。
  • Friendly and customer-focused. 友善且以客戶為中心。
  • Proficient in Chinese and English. 良好的中英文能力。
