Randstad is proud to announce our collaboration with industry in the FSSC transformation program. We are currently looking for Account receivable, Italian speaker to take care of the EMEA country.

Job Description

• Oversee the Debtors' Ledger and ensure accurate collections processes.
• Resolve customer financial queries through phone and email communications.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to collections and customer issues.
• Liaise with market contacts to address customer queries and concerns.
• Manage overdue payments and ensure prompt follow-ups.
• Handle unapplied cash, including requesting and processing remittance advices.
• Resolve discrepancies involving banks, business teams, and customer contacts.
• Prepare and dispatch dunning letters and account statements.
• Provide input for initiating legal or insurance actions for outstanding debts.
• Support the AR Team Leader in credit control activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements across all collection activities.
• Document and maintain records of all collection actions.
• Escalate and follow up on unresolved issues effectively.
• Generate reports and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

It'll Be Good If You Are:

• Able to speak, read and write Italian language
• Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
