We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as an Financial Accountant to join a growing business based in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. This role offers a competitive salary of £37,000 and a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records for a variety of clients, contributing to the efficient running of the finance department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their accounting career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliations and inter-company accounts
- Perform credit control duties, including chasing overdue payments and monitoring customer credit limits
- Provide support with management accounts, including overhead analysis, accruals, and journal adjustments
- Handle tax-related tasks including VAT, corporation tax, and subsidiary tax returns for international locations
- Assist with business cash flow forecasts and revenue/cost projections
REQUIRED SKILLS
The Financial Accountant will have the majority of the following experience:
- Experience in accounts administration or a similar finance role
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Experience in working with CIS, foreign currencies and multiple companies is desirable but not essential
SALARY:
Basic salary up to £37,000
Benefits include:

Office based in Rickmansworth (after successful probation you will have flexibility to work from home once a week).
