Description
- Lead financial planning and analysis for key business units
- Collaborate with various team leaders to drive financial performance
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Advise on investment strategies and manage financial risk
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Mentor and guide finance team members
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:
- Professional qualification in accounting (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven experience in a finance business partner role
- Excellent knowledge of financial forecasting and risk management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in finance software and MS Office suite
