A leading asset management Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Corporate Reporting Analyst. As a Corporate Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting for the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of annual statutory financial statements.
- Assist in regulatory report of Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) and Capital Market Authority (CMA).
- Assist in the preparation of external and internal auditors’ requirement.
- Assist in the Board and its committee’s presentation.
- Assist in the annual budget preparation process.
- Prepare/review monthly performance and reconciliation reports.
- Provide insights about spending trends, cost-saving initiatives.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with international Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Company policy and procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualified ACCA or CA finalist.
- Minimum three years experience in a leading accounting firm for providing services to the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of IFRS Proficient in using financial software and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Detail-orientated with strong time-management abilities.
