We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Associate in the Infrastructure finance team.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis, and advisory services of the Firm’s financial and capital resources

What you’ll do in the role:

• Tracking Operations expenses e.g. Compensation and Non-Compensation related expense
• Responsible for headcount tracking/modelling - Including FTE and Contingents.
• Actively contribute during budget/ forecast cycle and relevant mgmt. reporting
• Risk and Opportunity dollar tracking and reporting.
• Work on monthly business review pack and taking stakeholders through the presentation.
• Tracking and reporting Location strategy related headcount moves
• Tracking and reporting change the bank related headcount reductions/avoidance on monthly basis.
• Communication and presentation of information across ops organization.
• Manage confidential information and operations data.
• Multi-tasking and prioritizing effectively in a busy environment and work to tight deadlines.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Individual should be performance-driven, proactive, and able to display a proven ability to take on challenges and to execute upon key deliverables.
• Candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to work either on their own initiative or as part of a broader team.
• Confidence and ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships, both within Operations and across the broader organisation.
• Strong Excel skills inclusive of large data management, Pivots and formulas such as vlookups
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including experience preparing management reports using PowerPoint
• Collaboration and teamwork skills and experience, including strong interpersonal skills.
