Description

• Review daily accounting tasks like journal entries, vouchers, and payments for accuracy.
• Oversee the preparation and reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations.
• Handle internal and external audits, including grant management and reporting.
• Improve the accounting system and processes by creating rules and manuals.

Profile

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Capable of making informed decisions and solving problems efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
