GBS Finance Transformation Manager

For our automotive client, we are looking for an experienced candidate to fill the position of GBS Finance Transformation Manager.

Description

• Take responsibility for finance expertise and lead standardisation and optimisation to achieve efficiency and process improvements across Finance Shared Services.
• Collaborate with the GBS Director and Managers
• Partner with local Finance teams to standardise services, reduce regional disparities, and promote simplification and automation.
• Develop and execute a strategy to expand Shared Services usage across Europe, North and South America, Japan, and SEA regions.
• Work with Global Process Owners to implement unified policies that strengthen controls, ensure compliance, and standardise operations.
• Co-own with the GBS Manager the controlled onboarding of new finance services, ensuring benefits without compromising quality or performance.
• Support the GBS Manager in delivering timely, high-quality services with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensure the business provides accurate, timely inputs to Shared Services, addressing impacts on performance.
• Manage budget requirements to support improvement initiatives effectively.

Profile

• Willingness to work in Sandomierz a minimum of 5 days per month
• Proven experience as Head of Finance Shared Services in a multinational organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a recognized accounting qualification.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC6 or SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
