Finance Transformation Analyst (6 months contract)

About the role

We are currently looking to recruit a talented and dedicated Finance Transformation Analyst (6 months contract) to join our finance team based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will play a vital role in help 10 Design improve its financial reporting systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team’s project to improve the Record to Report process, including design, execution and implementation of solutions;
• Work internally to draw out the granular financial reporting requirements;
• Assist with the process standardization, automation and optimization of financial reporting process;
• Assist with the integration of technology, tools and applications in the financial reporting process;
• Hands on experience in creating templates, and other reporting tools to enhance financial reporting processes and controls;
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

Ideal candidates must have:

• A Professional Qualification (Chartered Accountant);
• Minimum 6 years of experience, preferrable in an MNC;
• Strong financial reporting experience, analytical skills and good business acumen;
• Experience of financial transformation projects; • Advanced Excel skills; • Knowledge of Oracle is advantageous;
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English;
• Immediately available is preferable.
