They are now embarking on business transformation in view of the growth plans and is now looking for a Senior Finance Manager as part of succession plan.

Description

Reporting to group CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing group financial reporting, planning & analysis as well as tax and treasury. You will oversee teams to provide financial insights to support strategic decision making including cost optimisation and investment opportunities. You will review consolidated financial statements and prepare SGX announcements in accordance to exchange requirements. You will oversee all audit and compliance matters and liase with external stakeholders. This position requires someone with strong leadership, financial acumen, and in-depth knowledge of SGX regulations.

Profile

The ideal candidate should possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration with CA/CPA qualification. You should have more than 8 years of relevant experience, with the recent years in a people management capacity managing a team. This candidate should be well-versed with SGX-listing and IFRS requirements.
