  1. Oversee the preparation of payment vouchers for suppliers and utility bills.
  2. Print out monthly statements of accounts and ageing.
  3. To monitor debt collection reports. 
  4. To prepare debit notes and credit notes.
  5. Managing document incoming and outgoing monitoring reports. 
  6. Liaise with company secretary, auditor, tax agent and suppliers.
  7. Ensure timely and accurate completion of companies and clients’ accounts with compliance with governing standards and regulations.
  8. To oversee and review GTC Partners’ branch Management report.
  9. Daily staff attendance report. 
  10. Prepare and manage offsite Document Storage (Warehouse)
  11. Inventory control. 
  12. Renew Professional Indemnity & Group Insurance
  13. To prepare monthly salary for the client’s payroll
  14. To process and update all statutory payments related to clients.
  15. To review clients’ accounting reports and make monthly adjustments.
  16. To oversee the preparation of sales invoices to clients. 
  17. MBRS Accounts filing with SSM.
  18. Other ad-hoc work as instructed by the Managing Partner and Manager Accounting, Admin & HR.
