Assistant Accountant (Retails)

The Company

Our client is a luxury retail brand and they are urgently looking for an Assistant Accountant to assist daily accounting for retail operations

The Role

• Handle full set accounts and daily accounting operations
• Review and prepare closing reports by verifying bank deposits, preforming credit card reconciliation and refunds
• Assist in inventory management e.g. consignment inventory confirmation process
• Perform reconciliation on gift voucher, merchandise credits and customer deposit accounts
• Assist in statutory audit and monitor control of retail and Ecommerce business
• Handle finance / control related projects such as system implementation, automation etc.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, candidate with big 4 or luxury retails or Ecommerce business is preferred
• Good communication in written and verbal in both English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office application (Strong in Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with SAP system / ERP platform
