Description

Develop and implement internal audit strategies in line with the organisation's objectives.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and present findings to senior management.
Collaborate with various departments to strengthen internal controls.
Lead and manage audit and risk management projects.
Review and update the organisation's risk management framework as needed.
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and make recommendations for improvement.
Provide advice and guidance on risk management and internal control practices.
Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness within the organisation.

Profile

A successful 'Risk and Internal Audit Manager' should have:

Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIA.
Proven experience in risk management and internal auditing in the not-for-profit sector.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
Proficiency in audit and risk management software.
