We're looking for recent grads who want to learn about Investor Relations and Treasury! As Fund Services Operations Associate you would be performing the following tasks:
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure all client deliverables are prepared accurately and with a high level of quality
- Review and process all investor capital movements to ensure compliance with established procedures and controls
- Assist in preparing ad-hoc reports, as requested
- Treasury Services
- Ensure compliance with all controls and procedures as mandated
- Review of subscription documents
- Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement to reduce risk and increase productivity
- Support team with clerical and administrative duties
- Exposure to Various fund types (e.g., hedge, private equity, venture capital, fund of funds, etc.) and legal structures (e.g., limited partnerships, limited liability companies, etc.)
- Actively support the private fund offering and capital activity process (e.g., subscriptions, redemptions, commitments, calls and distributions)
Key requirements:
- Graduate in related areas (accounting, finance, economics, etc.)
- 1 - 3 years of experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and electronically (email)
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Analytical skills, problem solving, and critical thinking are key abilities
