Description
- Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct financial audits and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage from planning through to review.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting and finance department.
- Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and professional standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
- Contribute to business development efforts, identifying potential opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial reports and statements.
Profile
A successful Audit Manager should have:
- An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA)
- Previous experience in an Audit Manager role within a professional services firm.
- Strong financial acumen and an ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Comfortable with supporting on site and coaching trainees.
