- Managing the finance team, including sales and purchase ledger functions, fostering development and motivation.
- Leading month-end close processes and adhering to tight timetables.
- Driving continuous process improvements through IT systems and automation.
- Preparing statutory accounts from audit to filing, working closely with external auditors.
- Handling cash management, forecasting, and forward currency purchasing.
- Overseeing Capex reporting and control on significant investment projects.
- Maintaining relationships with tax advisors and ensuring compliance on corporate tax matters.
- Acting as the main point of contact for our banking partners.

- A qualified accountant with significant experience in financial control and team leadership.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving improvement and efficiency.
