To execute the company’s financial strategy
Develop plans for growth to increase company’s profit.
Assist the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Owners to develop financial plans.
Must be well versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investments.
Works with other department heads to monitor each department and make recommendations.
Ensure that company is adhered to the law and regulatory compliance requirement Financial planning, forecasting, budget preparation and audit function
Expertise in Tax related matters(SRB, FBR etc)
Ensure cash flow is sufficient for company operations
Oversee the financial IT systems
Supervise all finance personnel
Prepare and Overview monthly profit and loss, balance sheet reports and owner’s reports
To ensure timely reporting and completion of tax-related matters
Collect and analyse sales and expenses data to prepare weekly and monthly projections for financial statements
Create KPI reports for branch and operation managers.
Monitor trends in expenditure and cash flow and report observations on variances to the owners.
To assist and overview the preparation of monthly management accounts and statutory accounts
Respond to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data To examine financial records to check for accuracy To manage and train staff when necessary
Food Industry experience will be preferred.
Minimum qualification ACCA Finalist / ICMA Finalist / BBA Accounting / B. Com
Experience ACCA Finalist - Articles completed
ICMA Finalist - At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting and management
BBA Accounting / B.Com - At least 8 years of experience in financial reporting including tax related matters
