Key Responsibilities:

  • Some of the responsibilities but are not limited to:
  • Verify payroll components: advances, overtime, loans, new hires, promotions, and deductions.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts for payroll-related entries.
  • Verify and process incentive schemes, settlements, and gratuities.
  • Ensure timely processing of required bills and coordinate with the payment team.
  • Perform WIP reconciliation and manage job order closings.
  • Manage funds at units and ensure timely disbursements.
  • Approve RCs and prepare utility reports.
  • Prepare monthly summaries and financial annexures.
  • Handle additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:
- ACCA/CMA
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Preferably within the Textile industry
