Description

As a Finance Accounting Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all financial and accounting operations within the company, including tax.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management.
• Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and legislation.
• Managing budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Analysing financial data to support decision-making processes.
• Implementing effective financial control measures to mitigate risk.
• Coordinating audit processes and liaising with external auditors.
• Providing leadership to the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; professional certifications such as Tax Brevet and CPA are beneficial.
• At least 8-10 years of experience.
• Proficient knowledge of accounting software and financial management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
