Significant coordination of business activities and use of financial tools and systems to ensure data synchronization, accuracy, reporting and reliability. Responsible to multi-task while still maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Activities cover both CAPEX & OPEX spend for mobility network UK. Working from home is possible with 1 day per week in the office.
Special Challenges :
College degree in accounting, finance
Basic knowledge of GSAP
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
Strong communication skills
Strong team player
Preferred Experience :
GSAP Super User training

Job Description:
Purpose :
- Provide administrative activities to maintain the synchronization of GSAP data. Update and maintain the CapEx and OpEx data in GSAP, including project definition, project schedule, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, monthly accruals, invoice three-way matching, project manager invoice approval, etc. Provide GSAP Super User support for Mobility UK personnel.
- Provide weekly, monthly and periodic project reporting from the GSAP to management and leadership personnel. Provide GSAP, reporting and invoicing support to engineering team.
- Manage data storage of active and archival project documentation in accordance with Mobility UK standards and specifications.
- General administrative and operational support to Controllers Team in activities like BA/BS reporting support, coordination of local scanning activities with FOC's s and budget holders, continuous improvement activities in accounting processes.
- Ensure that the financial and scheduling data in GSAP are in synchronization.
- Assist with the roll-out and operation of GSAP from a Super User level.
- Input and validate data into the excel cost trackers, with the assistance of the Project Managers.
- Assist with input and maintain the asset data in GSAP as required.
- Provide periodic CAPEX & OPEX overview to management.
- Manage records - Retention and destruction policy in accordance with fiscal requirement.
- Filing of documents generated for archive/audit evidence.
