Job Description

In Morocco, we are embarking on an exciting new chapter with over 90 people on board. This is a story of growth, creating multiple opportunities for individuals who are committed to self-learning and continuous improvement, and who are also flexible enough to work on technology-driven projects.

By joining our team, you will be part of a young team specializing in various fields related to international mobility (Taxation, Labor Law, Immigration, etc.). You will be supported daily and trained by more experienced colleagues as well as a group of professionals from Vialto France or other offices. You will assist renowned clients with employees on international assignments, ensuring compliance with French tax obligations for these individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop mobility packages and cost estimates requested by the client, ensuring compliance with their international mobility policy at the start of the assignment.
  • Update the mobility package during the employee's assignment and ensure its implementation in payroll.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of employee mobility (drafting the international mobility amendment, handling legal formalities – immigration, prior posting declaration, social security, taxation – and payroll coordination).
  • Coordinate with various service providers and expert centers at Vialto Partners responsible for immigration procedures, prior posting declarations, social security, and taxation.
