Description
- Oversee daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department
- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes
- Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Manage and develop a high performing team
- Prepare and manage department's budget
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
Profile
A successful Operations Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing industry would be plus
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
