We are a global player with expanding footprints in APAC. The company is well-known for its investments in innovation; utilising cutting edge technology and insights to optimize supply chain operations. They are now looking for a newly created FP&A Manager to support the growing business needs.

Description

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will be managing the full spectrum of financial planning & analysis functions for Singapore. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning activities for the business line including all revenue reporting, monthly operating reviews and annual operating process, budgeting and forecasting and SG&A analysis. You will partner with respective country finance director and market leaders in tracking of performance and effectiveness; putting forth recommendations to improve profitability. As the company is constantly looking at initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity, you will support on regional projects to streamline processes and improve internal controls.

Profile

Ideally, you possess a degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university with at least 7 years of relevant working experience preferably in a fast-paced environment and Big 4 exposure. A self-motivated team player, you possess excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate issues and work with the different departments in the organisation. You should thrive well in a growing business and unstructured environment, with the ability to adapt to changes easily.
