The Company

My client is a Top Tier Digital Asset Management firm and they are looking for a FP&A candidate to join the team.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, collaborating with various departments.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budgeted figures, investigating discrepancies.
• Strategic Planning: Assist in long-term strategic planning by providing financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business drivers.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analyses as required by management to support decision-making.

Your Profile

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly.
