The Finance Manager will lead the Accounting & Finance department, focusing on internal accounting, client relationships and financial management in the business services industry. The role is fully-remote and offers flexible working.

Description

• Lead strategic financial planning and forecasting
• Manage budgeting and risk assessment processes
• Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Managing client relationships and pitching partnership benefits
• Manage month-end and year end processes
• Collaborate with other department heads to align financial plans
• Drive continuous improvement in financial procedures and controls

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) would be a bonus
• Proven experience in strategic financial planning and risk management
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Xero software and MS Office

Job Offer
