OTC Specialist with Italian

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in OTC domain, preferably collections
• English & Italian min.B2
• Problem solving and judgement skills
• Good understanding of accounting rules
• Higher education in accounting/finance and/ or accounting courses would be an asset
• Very good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and team work skills

Responsibilities:

• Managing collection activities in Italian language
• Being responsible for managing and collecting all the outstanding accounts receivables
• Contacting clients and discussing their overdue payments
• Preparing and presenting reports on collection activities and progress
• Initiating written / verbal communication to collect money
• Building relationships with external customers
• Maintaining and reconciliating AR accounts
• Collaborating with clients, customers and other departments
