What You Will Do

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will prepare and submit financial reports, participate in budgeting and forecasting, track and monitor costs against budgets, ensure compliance, manage KPI tracking, analyze costs and profitability, assist in financial planning, and maintain financial models while conducting research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of monthly & quarterly close reports in line with the policies and deadlines
• Actively participation in budgeting & forecasting process
• Internal reporting, tracking and monitoring of actual cost against budget
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking and reports
• Prepares and analyzes costs (i.e. SKU costs & profitability & expenditure analysis)
• Assists in financial planning process. Maintains financial models. 
• Conducts basic research and analysis.

• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Management or equivalent
• Advanced command of both oral and written English
• Compliance oriented
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and cross-cultural organizations
• Proactivity and problem-solving mindset
