Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and review the production of various financial reports, including quarterly regulatory returns and GST returns. You will also be responsible for coordinating external audits and reviewing corporate tax returns. What you'll do:

As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's finances. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the local accounting service provider to ensure the production of accurate monthly management accounts. You will also review invoices prepared by the AP Executive, oversee the production of quarterly regulatory returns, and assist in the creation of year-end financial statements. Additionally, you will coordinate external audits, oversee corporate tax returns, and assist with group tasks as needed.

• Work with the local accounting service provider to produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts
• Review monthly invoices prepared by AP Executive
• Oversee and review the production of the quarterly regulatory returns
• Oversee and review quarterly GST returns and statutory surveys
• Assist in the production and review of Year-end financial statements
• Coordinate external audits
• Oversee and review corporate tax returns
• Assist in group tasks where required
• Review expenses payment report prepared by AP Executive

The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager role is someone who brings proven experience in finance management. You should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience dealing with regulatory returns and GST returns. Your ability to coordinate external audits will be crucial for this role. Experience with corporate tax returns is also essential. Above all, excellent communication skills are necessary for this position.
