Accounts Receivable Officer (Sizable MNC; up to 29k)

The Company

Our client is a sizable MNC and is urgently looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the company. This is a 12-month contract with a strong view for permanency/extension. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

The Role

• Support the AR team on daily accounts receivable operations
• Prepare AR Aging reports
• Perform billing to various multinational corporate clients
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Assist in month-end closing
• Assist in audits by providing necessary information and supporting documentation.
• Perform ad hoc tasks

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial roles.
• Proficient in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot table)
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available/ short notice period is highly preferred
