A leading Not for Profit organisation seeks an experienced Finance Business Partner and Manager to direct, lead, and develop their Finance Business Partnering team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of financial strategy, supporting a wide and diverse range of projects and stakeholders across the group.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop the Finance team to deliver robust financial control and high-quality information for strategic decision-making
- Build strong partnerships across teams to promote effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork
- Manage the financial aspects of multiple projects and contracts
- Drive business planning, performance measurement, and continuous improvement of finance operations
- Collaborate with senior leaders to shape financial strategies and ensure alignment with organisational goals
- Provide insights into monthly financial performance and risk narratives, working with internal stakeholders to achieve the highest standards
- Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and forecasting
- Champion a culture of financial partnership with operational teams, strengthening financial controls across all levels
- Experienced finance professionals, adept at managing complex project accounting and stakeholder engagement
- Skilled in fostering a high-performing finance team, with proven abilities to influence, support, and challenge to achieve organisational priorities
- Qualified individuals with a CCAB or international accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA), ready to make a difference
- Salary circa £60K
- 25 Days holiday going up over to 30 over time
