We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Partner within Finance IT. This role will focus on business partnering to drive the performance and planning of capital programmes, working closely with stakeholders to become a trusted advisor. As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring that data and technology effectively support finance requirements, while also designing and embedding robust processes and governance frameworks to enhance financial operations and decision-making!

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Qualified Accountant ACCA/CIMA/ACA
- Proven experience and capability with cash, working capital management & cost driver forecasting
- Ability to handle large data sets to establish / identify patterns and trends
- Business Partnering - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Financial Analysis/Forecasting and Reporting techniques
We'd also love you to bring;
- Understanding the Run/Grow/Transform model within IT ESA structure and co-ordinating Grow activities
- Team Management experience
- Stakeholder engagement
- Flexibility of working between offices Reading and Paddington
