Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, use cases, and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
- Work closely with developers and testers to ensure the successful implementation and testing of solutions.
- Provide support during the testing phase, including test case creation and defect resolution.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology integration.
- Assist in training end-users on new systems and processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Commercial Insurance.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops.
- Knowledge of process modeling and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
