Description

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring accurate and timely posting of financial transactions.
• Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices.

Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an RTR role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
