Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete set of accounts, including reviewing and posting all journal entries.
  • Reconcile Account Receivable/Payable Sub-Ledgers to the General Ledger and bank accounts to bank statements.
  • Prepare monthly and annual management reporting packages, including financial statements, relevant schedules, and variance analysis on financial performance.
  • Compile and submit requested information and schedules for the Parent Company.
  • Prepare and file all required regulatory and tax submissions, including CIT, GST, WHT, COR, and transfer pricing.
  • Conduct budget and forecast analysis.
  • Complete government surveys as required.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to provide necessary schedules and information for ECI, annual tax filings, and tax inquiries.
  • Guide AR/AP teams on appropriate GL account coding and GST code entries.
  • Supervise Accounts Staff in customer master data creation, billing, collections, contra, SOA, and reporting activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Monitor debtor aging and ensure the Accounts Executive follows up on collections.
  • Participate in system changes, testing, implementation, and additional projects as needed.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Relevant accounting certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus
Experience with SAP system and Accounting Reporting Standards
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
High attention to details and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
