Key Duties & Responsibilities:
 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
       A. ACCOUNTING

  1. Document Control
  • Logging of all Incoming Retainer documents and processing accordingly.
  • Packaging of Retainer documents to return to clients on either a monthly or annual basis. 

       2. Sort, Batch, Code & Data Entry

  • Sort, Batch and Code of documents as per systems and nature of client business.
  • Data Entry of Income and Expenses for assigned clients.

        3. Accounting

  • Preparation of Payroll and remittances for assigned clients.
  • Preparation of TD1's and TD4's on an annual basis for assigned clients.
  • Completion of Bank Reconciliations on a timely manner for assigned clients.
  • Prepares schedules from the General Ledger for VAT returns, every VAT Period.
  • Complete VAT Forms from schedules for assigned clients.
  • Preparation of Accounting Schedules as required for the update of Client's Financial
  • Year End for assigned clients.
  • Reconcile Accounts  as relates to the  Financials such as Cash, Liabilities, Expenses etc for assigned clients.
  • Preparation of Management Accounts for assigned jobs.
  • Preparation of Year End Accounts for the Audit.  
  • Assist the Manager Accounts on Accounting Jobs Assigned either in office or at client premises.


       B. GENERAL

  • Collaborate with relevant office staff to collect information, files, etc. for meetings.
  • Typing of Letters (including job letters for employees of clients), documents etc.  
  • Ensure that all documents or files required for meetings are prepared the day before meeting received for assigned clients.
  • Updates all files as relates to the department assigned.
  • Assist Manager in actioning any miscellaneous client request.

Note: Duties and Responsibilities are subject to change under the direction of Management
