For our Client, an international manufacturing company located in Gostyń, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Financial Analyst.

Description
- Participating in the budgeting process and providing financial insights and support.
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports to assist in decision-making processes.
- Monitoring and reporting on financial performance, including variances between actual results and budgeted targets.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Supporting cost control initiatives and conducting profitability analyses.
- Assisting in the preparation of forecasts and financial models.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Supporting audits and contributing to continuous process improvements in financial operations.
Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Power Query for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with cost accounting and manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English.
