Description

• Manage a growing portfolio of accounts clients, including main client contact
• Manage preparation of company accounts and tax returns
• Manage preparation of personal tax returns
• Manage preparation of VAT returns
• Other client services such as management accounts, forecasting
• Training team members
• Aid the senior management team in improving processes

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant Manager should have:

• Senior or assistant manager with 5+ years of accounting experience
• Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Proven experience in a similar role within professional services
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• Good Written and Technical Skills

Job Offer

• An estimated salary range of £40000 - £45,000
• Flexible working around core hours (10.30am - 4.00pm)
• Holiday entitlement of 31 holiday days per year including bank holidays
