This position is for a Finance Business Partner, a key role within the Accounting & Finance department of a reputable Manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of financial strategies, focusing on business improvement and driving growth.

Description

  • Manage inventory and stock control.
  • Support in the formulation of financial strategies and plans.
  • Work closely with business units to drive growth and business improvement.
  • Lead financial forecasting and risk analysis.
  • Manage and coordinate budgeting and business planning processes.
  • Develop financial reports for decision-making purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication regarding financial matters.
  • Support in cost management and optimisation initiatives.
  • Management of monthly accounts

Profile

A successful 'Finance Business Partner' should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, CIMA, ACA, ACCA.
  • Proficiency in financial forecasting and risk analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • An understanding of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
