This position is for a Finance Business Partner, a key role within the Accounting & Finance department of a reputable Manufacturing company. Description
- Manage inventory and stock control.
- Support in the formulation of financial strategies and plans.
- Work closely with business units to drive growth and business improvement.
- Lead financial forecasting and risk analysis.
- Manage and coordinate budgeting and business planning processes.
- Develop financial reports for decision-making purposes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication regarding financial matters.
- Support in cost management and optimisation initiatives.
- Management of monthly accounts
Profile
A successful 'Finance Business Partner' should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, CIMA, ACA, ACCA.
- Proficiency in financial forecasting and risk analysis.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- An understanding of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
