Global Payroll Process Specialist
Be part of the Global Process Owner (GPO) organization and support the regional Payroll and Time and Attendance team on their journey to provide an efficient and effective payroll to the regions and countries – demonstrate a strong understanding of the hire to retire process and the impact onto payroll.
This position reports to Payroll GPO Director and is based in Paranaque, Philippines

What You Will Do
- Support the Payroll GPO on analyzing, defining and deploying payroll and T&A processes that align to the global or regional strategy and roadmap
- Realize productivity gains for payroll (process & documentation standardization)
- Responsible for assigned payroll project tasks
- Participate in process analysis and testing
- Support payroll testing (related to project but also standard/operational changes)
- Support ongoing and sustainable enhancements and optimizations within payroll
- Participation in implementation of new companies into to Kenvue payroll process landscape
- Participate in change- and roll-out phases of new systems and payroll processes
- Business partnering and collaboration with the various stakeholders such as Finance, HR PxOps, Talent Acquisition, Payroll Country teams and other functions to understand an accurate flow of data information on the in- and outbound
- Explore/investigate best practices and process improvements.
- Recommend & implement the best course of action.
- Creation and maintenance of materials & tools linked to specific processes, such as:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Work Instructions
- Job aids
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications:- Commercial education or University degree
- Specific experience/training in payroll and or T&A
- 5+ years’ work experience in payroll / HR
- Strong IT skills with MS Office programs and process mapping tools
- Reliable personality, with a highly flexible approach
- Very detail oriented and organized
- Good communication skills
- Internationally oriented and cultural diversity awareness
- Process improvement skills (e.g. lean/project management)
- Ability to work effectively with peers both internally and externally without direct reporting lines
- Advanced written and spoken English.
